issue start? Meaning, after you did what to the car (replaced, added, deleted any parts)? Did it "just start happening" w/o any engine modifications (indicating something went bad)? I would suggest you not replace or add any more parts to it until you get a diagnosis. One of two things is causing your problem; you added something that is causing a rich condition under certain circumstances (tune/chip, injectors, some fuel regulating component, etc) or some part went south and it needs replacing. Sorry for the lack of a specific diagnosis, but if you go back to when it started, maybe that will help "us" figure out the issue.
